Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are typically dispatched within one business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the United States using tracked courier services. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order leaves our facility. Standard delivery generally arrives within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Shipping Rates
A flat shipping rate is applied at checkout. Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping.
Packaging
All orders are shipped discreetly. Products are sealed and labeled for laboratory research use only.
